Nike Rockstar workoutI recently got this dvd on eBay ...
Its a great little item.
Obviously if your a Rihanna fan its amazing. The poster and exclusive video ...
For us Cloudsters it has the Nike version of the S.O.S video featuring Cloud.
BUT also ...
It has some great features.
Firstly on top of the S.O.S video it shows you how to do all the moves in the battle between Rihanna and Jamie King (which is featured in the S.O.S vid). If you are a Sophia fan she goes through the steps that Jamie does in the video!
Then you can look at different dance styles. It shows all the female (so no extra Cloud apart from you can see him in the crowd more clearly) dancers parts in slow motion from the video with out-takes, (Sophia and Addie from CT are amongst this). Again great for Sophia fans. They are done as mini adverts for Nike.
Lastly their is a a Music section, it previews Rihanna's new album (well new at the time). Then has a track listing for a Rockstar workout that is amazing! Has obviously Rihanna tracks but also artist like Destinys Child and N.E.R.D.

I don't know. I just remember looking for the video to see Cloud, (and the other M dancers).

I think the workout and the battle dance moves were there along with the S.O.S video. I don't remember seeing the extras and the music.
