oh politics shmolitics not alot of glasgow ppl seem THAT bothered about such things altho they like to moan - that said they never do sweet f all about it - where as you americans do - freedom of speech and all that - us scots can be very hypocritical at times - and thats me being honest - seems the majority of them care more about where their next bottle of buckfast comes from - sad state of afairs
has to be said trainspotting was set in edinburgh - in the east coast - altho sum parts were filmed in glasgow (my previous college for one ) but like anything - dont take what places are for by what you see in the movies - or anything for that matter (i thought the movie "borat" would be a prime example )
but i guess its a step from going by what braveheart portrays with ppl thinking we still live in the dark ages - maybe in terms of econommy but nothing else really
i know - really shud join myspace/ faceparty - never no, might find the love of my life with the bonus hes one of them "beautifull people"
i am joking of course - im not so shallow |

basically anything - if your outwith britain they are what we call chip shops or chippies for short
and its not complete if you dont have some irn brew to wash it down with
