3rd July 2009
OK so I didn't get to go to the private Net Jets show but I and several other M fans were outside the show. It was a weird feeling standing outside of what I believe is Madonna's first private show. Net Jets paid for 300 of their clients to attend and I know Madonna has rumoured to do these in the past but I think this is the first time we have had confirmation.
Aside from a few close friends and two very lucky fans (the lovely George and is mate) it was 200 (yes about 100 no shows!) Net Jets clients instead of Madonna's usual friends and family.
Anyway some of us had planned to meet for dinner that evening and had met at the O2 to see if we could get a glimpse at the crew or even hear a rehearsal and were met by signs for this exclusive gig! Some of the dancers had spoken to fans that were there. There were just 10 fans outside and they were not letting us in Guy Oseary came out and spoke with us and explained that even though he loved the fans he could not get us into the show. It was Net Jets gig and out of his hands, their guest list. We did see Jesus arrive and I think as fans we surprised him. LOL After our meal we caught up with some of the lucky concert goers and I'm sure you've read Georges review that was posted on the Madonnatribe forum:

I managed to blag a ticket and laminate from this exclusive gig, shame it wasn't before the show! LOL Still had a funny night with M fans.
4th July 2009
Wow the seats we had tonight! The closest I have ever been to Madonna at a show. I have been front row before but the stage was an inch from the barrier! CRAZY.
Those of you on here last year know this is not my favourite show ever but there are some great elements to it.
I was glad to see Heartbeat replaced by Holiday as even though I like the album version I think in the tour it was dull. This version of Holiday is probably the worst its ever been performed on a tour (think Blond Ambition that is perfection for Holiday) but this is a crowd pleaser and with the MJ tribute it works and it brought a tear to my eye. I'd give it a 6/10.
Dress You Up was amazing to hear live finally and not in some Medley. I think she performs it way better than Borderline on guitar. I loved it but the crowd not as much as she'd like I feel. Still it went down well and I'd give it a smiley 7/10.
Frozen is a great mix and a thousand times better than having Hung Up (affectionately called 'Fuck Up' now) in the show. No guitar Yay! Great dance moves and a thumping beat with the Calvin Harris sample. Visually is great close up not so much from the back of an arena. I'd still give it 8/10
These 3 changes do improve the show.

I had the most amazing show. Anyone that knows me saw me happily singing into the mike for GI2M. Madonna, band & dancers giving me lots of love and I enjoyed this close up experience. We had Stella in front row & I loved meeting Madiva who is so sweet. The build up to the day was great seeing loads of lovely tribers and hanging out with the MM. The clipper makes me want to vomit though! LOL

Neil C who was directly opposite me on the catwalk end stage will tell you taking pictures when your that close is just as hard as when your far away. I didn't want to ram a camera up her fanny or in her face when she came over. I wanted to give Madonna some love right back. Those people saying she was the happiest ever on their night are just completely drawn into the experience. She has some great interaction with those close to the catwalk and is 'all smiles' every time if you are smiling at her. I have no shame in saying I was singing, screaming and smiling my heart out. She will reciprocate. Give her some energy and she'll be a happy M.
Before the show I caught up with some of the dancers and band that you'll see in my pics.
Andifeel and I got interviewed by C4 before the show. OMG that was hilarious.
5th July 2009
Started the day celebrating Andifeel's (Neils) Anniversary with several other tribers, which was amazing. Again on that dreded clipper boat.
Arrived at the O2 quite early and met up with quite a few people in the Union bar and outside the O2 complex. So great to see the lovely Gareth, it was 5 years to long since ReInvention.
Had a seat in 110 tonight the Capital win. I was feeling so ill but put on brave face. I sat down for half the show but don't publically flog me for that. Bad fan that I am! LOL
This was a great spot for seeing the overall show. I recommend you do this at least once. As per my reviews last year. Some songs work better from further back and others are worse.
The sound each night in the O2 had its glitches with her mike and the base being weird but both of my places had generally great sound. You'll hear some people say the sound was rubbish on either night and it really depends on where your situated.
To end I want to say how much I enjoyed my final two dates (well unless there's a 3rd leg of this tour) with the lovely Jamesy both nights. Also spending time with Neil, Tony, Terry & Gemma, the MM rocks. Also Rob, Mario, Paulo, NeilC, Scott, Kimmy, Hans, Gareth, Burak, ZooZoo, Scarynix (& Mummy), Damien, Harry, ...
Oh I'm sure I'm going to upset someone, so I'll just say I love you all. You made my weekend. Those of you seeing the show over the coming weeks make sure you say hello to people around you. They could become your future best pals and make a weekend magical like mine.
Here are a selection of my pics ...
the love boat, all aboard ...

Wow, this leg of the S&S tour seems a bit more fun then last years run!! I saw the setlist and I really wish I could go see her this summer.
Im glad she took out hung up because it just didnt fit well with the guitar. I saw a random clip of her performance of frozen, I went nuts when she sampled the calvin harris track "Im not alone" melody. It just sounded so beautiful haha
im glad you had fun, sharon! _________________
